I still wish I could see these trolls better.

I agree - it's a tough vote, and I voted for the trolls, but I'd be more confident in my vote if the trolls were against a plain background (maybe some inset detail pics?).
Still, two very nice entries.

Hey, those sailors look familiar! (Three of the same figures were in my round 3 entry...) lol
The boat is much awesomer than my plain background was, though!
The trolls are great and the picture is really atmospheric, but a shot against a plain background - perhaps after LPL3 is over - would be very cool. I only just realized now that the right-hand troll is waving a smashed wagonwheel overhead!

Tough tough tough! Some of my favorite miniatures (Pulp sailors) on a ship versus the bes trolls you can get. I like the style of painting of the second entry a bit more but the first one has better photography, making it much easier to see the miniatures. Both entries use great backdrops which really enhances the look of the miniatures. Good job on both.

“YOU think they are familiar”. :o I had a shock when I seen them in the last round. It was like two women arriving in the same dress. lol
Thanks for the comment on the boat. I put the extra week between rounds to good use and built it for a back ground. I was going to try just a plain back ground but I couldn’t get a decent picture so I thought this would help.
Anyway I am afraid I need to stick to my strengths, which appears to be building things not painting and definitely not photography. ;)

WOW :o I can't believe you said mine had better photography (Pick myself off the floor) thanks.
I am struggling with the photographs more than anything.
I may have to give up my 7 year old camera and go for a new one. My pictures all seem to turn out fuzzy. :'(

Well I have bitten the bullet and have bought a new camera hopefully better photos next round. If I can learn to work it o_o
Cracking job Hammers
Still think the other picture is better than mine, alot crisper and you can see there is a lot of great detail in there. It is a shame it is so dark
And still as scary as it was in the last round :o
