I paint up some RCW stuff at the moment and will post pics in this thread. I painted tihs musketeer russian as an artillery officer of the Kornilov Regiment. I already painted the two other officers of the pack but my camera broke down. I will put them on a multibase.

Nice looking figure.

Another great paintjob there, amazing stuff!
I was just wondering how well the Musketeer Miniatures match up scale/sizewise with the Copplestone and Brigade figures that you have in your other post?

Based my command group. it´s Musketeer Miniatures WW1 Russians Battalion Command Pack painted as White Officers for the RCW. I really enjoyed painting them, especially the faces are superb! And they match well with the loads of Copplestone Russians I already have :smt002

Lt Hazel, if there is another Lead Painters League - consider yourself NOT invited. I'm struggling to score points in this league so the last thing I need is another great painter to join the fray!!! :D :D

Your painting is insane! I love all your Russian stuff.

The fallen autumn leaves are a very nice touch! Nice idea! And poetically metaphorical for the entire White movement................ ;)

Very nice! Who is the manufacturer?
-
It´s the officer from Copplestnes White Russian Gun ;)
-
You just wait until your Russians meet my Freikorps... All your superb painting skill will pale before my inability to roll high enough to hit anything...
No, wait, that somehow didn't come out the way I wanted it. Curses! :?
Anyway, great stuff and a real pleasure to look at. I mean your models, not mine.

The "regular" Dress for Kornilovs was a black uniform with red cap. However, most of the rank-and-file wore the imperial russian uniform. This ones have the red+black shoulderboards and one fella was lucky enough to get himself a red cap.
