Title: Mansions of madness bases

I've got every expansion plus the core rules of mansions (love it!). Do I need the clunky based though? Surely it's all on the app. Correct me if I'm wrong but I'm considering swapping out for clear plastics

AFAIK you do not need the bases. I think this BGG thread covers this

I rebased them all and put the cardboard tiles next to it when in play. The gaem doesn't use that many monsters so it's not a big deal.
