Beautiful entry, Cham'! :-*
Were you & I the only ones who dared to attempt a Pinto this round...?

Cracking job. Some lovely Indians and a lovely clear photo that really shows off your hard work.
I think I should take the hint this round. Each time I have entered a GW team I have been slaughtered. When I enter a GW team I always end up against one of the stars of the LPL. I will need to change my luck and not enter any more. I will need to change a couple of my future round entries. Out go the Boar boys I was going to enter this round or one of the later ones.
If I had entered the Boar boys they would definitely been added to the most popular model thread. Quite a few Boar boys about. :D

I did not know what exactly to paint for the cav portion of our competition, then I remembered the Foundry Old West deal that I purchased all those many years ago which included the Comanche raiders. Heldrak at least one Pinto was a must. I like your Pinto more than mine. :)
Thanks gM. I do not think that by entering GW minis is a hindrance to any entry. I entered couple GW groups last year and did fine.
This year I picked my entries from miniatures that I have holding up the lead mountain and used the comp as an excuse to paint some older miniatures.Thank you Lead Adventures!

First entry has nice shading work done. Second entry, although nicely laid out and photographed needs to have the horses look a bit more realistic in colouration. They look too Ertl-like. Overall they are both nice entries. Good luck.

What is Ertl - like?
If it means toy-like, I think it is my photography that is not showing up the shading and high lighting.
As for realistic colouration I have never seen an Elvin steed in the flesh. lol
Thank for the comments :D

Hard to decide... But the indian's bases are 100 times better!
