Title: African color schemes
Post by: Sinewgrab on 31 May 2009, 03:07:18 AM
Quick question for y'all - where is a good place to look to find color schemes for Masai? I have a pack of Foundry Masai I was going to paint up, and I am having trouble finding something that will give me an idea on how to do the color scheme on their headresses and shields.

Google Masai, there's plenty there.  This shield for example:

You know, imbecile that I am, I never thought to use Google Images.

Gotta love the combination of stress and lack of sleep. Does wonders for you.

Doesn't Foundry picture painted Masai on its website?  That's a source of images.  Another place you could look is to go to Powell's City of Books on Sunday when the parking is free and browse the Africa section.
