...Has anyone complied a list of suitable figures?
If "Yes" please post the link. If "No" tell me here.
I already know of:
Copplestone Cavemen.
HLBS (as was) Cavemen and Homus Erectus.
Someone makes Pygmies (Who?)
So I'd like to know of any other suitable "Lost World" primitives.

Reapers have a few in their catalogue… they’re not cheap though… :?
-
Foundry do Pygmies in their Darkest Africa range
-
Foundry do pygmies in their Darkest Africa range, I own a few and they are nice litttle miniatures
Copplestone do a few south American indians as well as the cavemen
Brigade Games also do a few lost world type natives - think King Kong

Pulp Figures do a good range of Neanderthals if they count?
http://www.pulpfigures.com/cat.php?range=Lost%20Tribes%20and%20Lost%20Worlds&catalog=PLT&custID=82341271931243785733 (http://www.pulpfigures.com/cat.php?range=Lost%20Tribes%20and%20Lost%20Worlds&catalog=PLT&custID=82341271931243785733)
Black Cat do a very nice range too:

Depending on how realistic you want your pygmies to be, Kallistra make ones like this:
http://www.kallistra.co.uk/
And Eureka make ones like this:
http://www.fighting15sshop.co.uk/pygmies-of-the-lost-world-158-c.asp
Black Cat Bases' Bebelli also work as Pygmies, but you may have to clip their pointy ears.

http://www.blackcatbases.com/product.asp?strPageHistory=category&numSearchStartRecord=0&strParents=117&CAT_ID=117&P_ID=606&btnProduct=Products...
All good fun, but very cartoony. Any there that might help?

Excellent :) Thanks.
The Kallistra Pygmies were the ones I had seen. But the others look great.
I hadn't realized there were so many possibilities... :)

See, you can never have too many small, stupid things. :D
Old glory has some masked warriors
Yes they do, and they are shockingly bad. I got some last year and they have stayed unpainted because they depressed me so much. Even undercoating them was a chore. They look really nice on the website, but suffer from the typical OG unfinished look, not to mention the usual carefree attitude to lining up their moulds.
Best avoided if you ask me. :(

I see that Fenryll make some Pygmies too.
Any one have them and care to comment?

Maidenhead: stone age girls in fur bikini's. ;)

Obelisk Miniatures do some very nice African Amazons, poorly photographed here by yours truly:

Eureka also has some nice Hawaiians including two flavors of outrigger canoe. If you want to have some truly terrifying natives Conquest has zombie pygmies.
-
If you want Skull Island-style East Indies natives (woolly-headed, bone-through-the-nose types), then Pulp's Melanesians* are the closest fit for that.
*As seen recently in Grimm's excellent LPL entry.
