Folks,
I have a problem that has happened several times now. When I return to the forum to catch up and click on the unread posts link under my login name at the top left it says there are none. Despite there having been anything from several hours or sometimes more than a day since my last visit (for example between lunchtime and early evening, overnight or all day).
When I click on a board, such a big battalions, there are clearly unread posts and replies to topics I've been reading.
It's a niggle, but an annoying one. I don't recall it being an issue earlier this year, it seems a more recent thing. Any ideas as to why this happens?

Do you browse the site on more than one computer, i.e. at different IPs? I suspect that this may give you weird results. On the other hand, I have navigated to this site, got nothing when I click on Show Unread, click on it again and it comes up with a list of topics.

Best solution I’ve found is to click on ‘Show replies’ under your user name (under ‘Show unread’) then click the link on the right shown below.

I'm having the same issue. Not logged in on any other computers or accounts. It works for some, not for others. The button shows dark black, showing there should be new posts.

I found that if I didn't 'log out' of my last session, the next time I came back when the forum promts you to log back in, that's when the problem occurs. Try making sure, when you're finished your current session, to 'logout'.
