Not really wargaming but just a bit of fun. We’ve got friends over for the Jpn v Eng rugby tomorrow so I thought a little prezzie would be nice for them to take back. The base is 60mm square to give a sense of scale.

Man,
My daughter loves rugby. I was hoping that someone was selling rugby squirrels!

Crazy but I think they look great :-* :-* :-*

Thanks chaps :)
They are repainted and the goal post is scratchbuilt along with the grass.

Got them from a gachapon in Japan I’m afraid. I think there are more designs but what you get is random.

Adorable. I guess the hardest part in training a squirrel team is stopping them from hiding the ball in their winter stash.

Cute.

Really nice - good work on the jersey bands.

Tragic.
Enjoy the game :)

Great work and idea.

-

A soft scouring pad sprayed dark brown, a light scattering of mid brown flock then a liberal dose of static grass on the top. The white lines were just brushed on with a size 3 when it was all dry.

Well in my opinion the second figure is a good try.
In my defence I do live in Rugby (the town).

Did you get your coat? lol
