Hello,
I was thinking of purchasing some Early Hebrew miniatures by Cutting Edge Miniatures who are sold by Warlord Games. My thoughts are the last time I bought some metal castings from them I had to throw them in the bin as the casting were awful. Have Warlord Games improved their metal castings?
Thank you.
Best regards,
Helen

Hello Helen,
I ordered about 120 miniatures from the cutting edge range about a year ago.
Packacking was in neat blisters, the castings had only neglegible mouldlines,
no breakages, no miscasts, no complaints.
Please only note that the cutting edge miniatures are very well proportioned but
slight in build and possibly not easy to blend in with other ranges.
Kindest Regards

May I suggest you take a look at Miniature Figurines?
Some of their ranges are poor, but their Hebrew figures are
quite nice. Worth ordering a few to compare with the ones
you already have.

I have quite a collection of Cutting Edge and they have all been excellent castings, all from Warlord. Great line. I'd say have no fear of ordering them.

Thank you everyone for taking the time to offer your thoughts. Your comments have helped.
Best wishes,

I had a pre good sized collection of Cutting Edge minis when they first appeared, and were still Colin Knight’s models. Beautiful figures, and all one piece castings!

After 4 years, I hope the decision was already made long ago!

I ordered a lot of the warlord stuff and like them. Casting is like the rest of warlord. But I don’t know the former quality.
