Title: How to post images and from where?

Hello Everyone,

Still a bit  of a Newbie here. How do you place images into your posts? Can I post from my computer file and can I post directly from flickr?

Everyone's got their own favourite free hosting site. Mine's MyAlbum, which is very basic, just how I like it.
