That looks interesting.
Wonder what scale the figures will be?
Definitely one to keep an eye out for.
-
it says 25-28mm scale i think.

How can you not be intrigued by a game that features figures dressed like this:

It certainly made me take time to look!! Looks very interesting!!
-
It looks very French ::)
I love the characterisations of the genre stereotypes and will keep an eye out for this.

Strange, exactly these mini preview pics "offended" me.
OK, not really offended, but IMO they look a bit too over the top, too funny, too much "Pax Limpopish" for my taste.
I like the good old sweaty two fisted Pulp-style! ;)

You are right, they are rather eccentric and wouldn't mix with "proper" pulp figures. I do think they are lovely minis though and ideal to use in a stand alone boardgame like this will apparently be. I think there's room for both, though whether there's enough in my wallet for both is another matter :(

Agreed, I may even get the game anyway and substitute the charcater minis with some suitable minis of my Pulp leadpile (a good reason to paint some...).
-
Personally I wouldn't have any problems mixing them with proper minis.
Having eccentric characters mixed in always makes for a much more interesting scenario IMHO.
-
Yup.. Thats a MUST buy....
BGG has some more pics of it... http://boardgamegeek.com/boardgame/43868
:-*
-
Must admit I rather like the models - hope they are going to be available without buying the game!

They look like some weird Village People outfit.

Any idea when the game should be for sale. I couldn't find any information about the release (apart a Gencon pre-release) ?
-
They are taking pre-orders at the board gaming geek site, so I would imagine general release is not far off.
-
World wide release is not until October this year. Limited release at various cons before hand I think.
-
Yup. October. Said so on their web page.
