Anyone have some scale pictures? I’m having a little bit of a problem imagining how these look next to 25/28mm fantasy figs. Possible to mount them on 25mm bases instead of 40mm?
Thanks

Here you go. If you were to mount them on 25mm bases, the feet would overlap a bit - possibly not by much if it were a flat base. You'd get them on 30mm fine, I reckon.

Can I recommend using 30mm square bases? They're a great size for those inbetween sized 'monsters' that are clearly larger than human, but not quite big enough for the 40mm base. I cut my own from plasticard, so I don't know how easy they would be to find ready-made.

Thanks guys, that helps a lot...that’s a good size.
I might have a few 30mm square bases (or could just cut some).
It’s funny, I used to like BIG models, buy now I prefer things more compact (single piece too).

Did you model that face on the old GW or mini?

Yes - he's to go with these guys, but is as yet unfinished (though he was one of the first batch I did (http://hobgoblinry.blogspot.com/2018/02/pig-faced-orcs.html)):
