Title: Very uncivil English war. Modern’ish
Post by: Scrubber on November 16, 2019, 01:20:30 AM
So this first posting may get altered as I work more on the idea of this conflict.

Although it may appear to mirror some current issues, please do not cloud with real life politics.
Figures range from 1970s football hooligans, hippies, Arthur Scargill and workmen. Skinhead and punks all the way upto modern dissident.
Just wait until you see who becomes First Minister after Mrs June. (Yes there is a figure called this.)

I’ve placed it here because it’s got no rules as yet and not sure it’s even happening in our world and time.

The story will progress though pictures as my collection of figures and builds grow.
There is a WIP thread on Cold War site. Suburban Conflict.
This tread will be the main story.

Working idea is to start with civil unrest, ie riots, crowd disturbance. Armed conflict is something for the future. No rules as yet just lots of scribbles.

Back ground: Should the country stay in the Union or leave. The First Minister decided to let the people make that choice. Guess what. That right near equal number for and against.

The factions will be the blues for stay and the red for leave. These colours will be adopted later as thing get worse.

To start I am just buying figures that can make a general crowd for either side. So the progress of this will be slow.

Mrs June, the embattled first minister arriving at her office’s, snapped by Bailey of the paparazzi.

The First Minister is struggling to get anything workable in the Chamber of Representative. Not only the opposition refuse to openly support anything put forward, but there is also malicious activity from within her own supporters.

Figures. Mrs June Bad Squiddo games, photographer Black Cat Bases. PC Aggro Miniatures.

About right digits, since the figure behind is “the pimp” by killerbee miniatures.
