My first unit off the 2020 production line is a long overdue addition to my evolving British Army of Wolfe to take to my table-top battlefield for the Plains of Abraham ... whenever that will happen. For those of you who are interested, please find the latest posting on my Unlucky General Blog - http://unluckygeneral.blogspot.com/2020/01/battle-for-quebec-anstruthers-58th-foot.html (http://unluckygeneral.blogspot.com/2020/01/battle-for-quebec-anstruthers-58th-foot.html)

They look gorgeous! You painted them with great care for details, faces and grenadier mitres are eye-catchers!
Lining and lace impeccable! A great addition for your collection! Cheers!

Well, those are some nice looking figures. I get the large unit painting issue - even worse for you in 28 mm. My French and Indian war units in 15 mm have at least 42 figures plus another 4 casualty figures, some units have an additional 3 figures. Makes for slow painting even when just painting to a gaming standard. Somehow, smaller units paint 'faster' because you get more units done with the same amount of effort - maybe just an illusion but it sure feels easier with smaller units. 25 or so seems a good upper limit.

Thanks for your comments. The praise is much appreciated. This paint job was fairly straight forward but the next unit presents real challenges - I'm waiting for a couple of extra figures before I can proceed.
