One of the games played at last month's second meeting of the DWG was a North West Frontier clash using Chain of Command.

Colin graced the club with his excellent collection of figures and terrain to run a couple of games with much action that is covered in his write up.

An amazing looking set of games. Very, very well done. While the NWF is always fascinating, there is something about throwing in armoured cars and such that only adds to the appeal. :)
-
I love what you are doing taking CofC back to 1919. Watching with huge interest. Thanks for sharing!

Superb looking game ( :-* ) and a interesting read too boot ( 8) ) :)
Thoroughly enjoyed that.
-
Right up my alley right now. Really enjoyed reading about this game.

Great looking game.
Love it.

Thanks for posting. Looks great.

Brilliant stuff! :o

That's game presentation on a high order!
Besides all the beautiful expertise applied on the terrain and troops, one can see that it's a travelling show, and so can hit the table again and again (and this is how wargaming thrives "in the trenches").
-
I played this game last weekend at the Southampton Lardy Day and I can confirm it's even better in the flesh! Terrain and miniatures were superb and the rule mods really worked! Genuine pleasure playing!

I might put my name down for it for WorLard early April.

The NWF is of great interest, I'll ask the organiser Jim on Thursday 8)

Sorry Atheling, I'm not booked into WorLard, I'm sure we can try and organise some way of you getting a game in though.

I'm actually in Durham itself, the venue for WorLard is 15 mins max.

Terrific looking table! Where did you get the mat? Looks great!
-
The Mat is from Deep Cut Studios, I think it's a Western/Cowboy one.

Is the matt the canvas, cloth, mousepad or PVC version?
-
It's a Mousepad mat Atheling.

Thanks mate. I'm contemplating buying one for quick set up games at home, now that I'm self isolating :'(

A wonderful game. Most pictures are fantastic and some of them look like movie scenes!

Thankyou very much!

Be mindful that some have a logo printed in a corner. This would not have been to my taste, though I checked before getting mine.
