Title: Kroot Deep Ones

Has anyone tried to convert the GW 40k Kroots intro Deep Ones?

I would love to have more then the 5 or so Deep Ones I have now, so I could use them as extras (loads and loads of them :) )

Any tips, ideas, thoughts (or money) are welcome.
