Took maybe 20 minutes, including paint drying.
Has potential. Wanted a different look for my friendly African tribe village.
Gonna work on this system a bit.
-
Quite effective.
-
Wow far better than they deserve to be for 20 minutes work! That's the kind of return on time investment I
like !
-
So, it works? Gonna make some round huts like this, see if it suffices.

Smashing! They look like they'd be quite versatile. That bamboo-ish covering that goes over the structure - can you buy that, or did you make it?
-
that is really nice....thanx for play by play..
-
Those are cool. A nice change from the usual round huts that populate most African games.
-
Very nice indeed.
Could be mounted on a platform, for jungle / Vietnam games maybe ?
-
Are those cut up placements for the sides and tops of the huts, Smokey?
Nice. I like how you did the irregular reinforcements.
-
I agree, they’d look great in Vietnam, Tonkin, Polynesia, etc. Smokey that’s a great use of ever day materials. What type of mat is it?
-
They are $2.99 3x5 beach mats, for laying on at beach
-
Wait, some of yall arent on beaches.
OK, Ill send em to you. I think I can still get em for $1.99, I paid $2.99 for this one cause we were at an upscal beach resort.
-
Smokey, great idea, I love how you source simple materials and make it look so good! Please pick me up (2) mats when you go and I’ll get them from you at the next game or con.
