Post by: Paul @ Empress Miniatures on 29 June 2020, 01:12:54 PM
We now own the HLBSC modern range of vehicles and are going through them making new moulds ec and re releasing them.

So far we have re released the following;

Viking with and without Weapon Station.
Warthog.
BRDM2
BTR70.

These are all in the modern vehicles shop on the site.

Great news! I painted a BRDM years ago, and it was a very nice model.

When updating the moulds will work be done to correct the masters as well? I've noticed that a few of the HLBS vehicles are some rather apparent discrepencies. For instance the rear of the BMD 1/2 is near completely wrong (to the point I question what reference was used, or if it was just guess work), among a far few other details like missing machine guns, vents, etc.

The Spartan does need looking at big time.

The Ferret though is excellent.
