While the skin and the white could stand to be smoother, the flask and the base are very very nice.

The whole figure look good to me and I also like the way you painted the flask... I'm never able to paint a descent, realistic looking bottle⦠>:(

really like that mini you have painted him well,
perhaps a little too much definition on flesh shading, but the general flesh colour is excellent
like him a lot
and the bottle is very realistic :D

Who is the figure manufacturer and are the figures 28's? I'm getting a strange urge to add them to my lead pile collection :)

They're from Pulp Figures (http://www.pulpfigures.com/), and yes, they're 28mm. Large-ish 28mm, I guess - they fit nicely with Copplestone, Artizan, and GWM, at least.
