Title: I started another Bridge!
Post by: MalcyBogaten on July 03, 2020, 02:09:36 PM
Why oh why did I start another bridge?

I saw a big Notice Board in The Works Publisher. It was approx 2feet or 60cm in width and about 15" deep. Having used one before for my smaller scratch build I thought, "It's only £3.50, I'll do another one larger!"

3 more pics on the blog.

Nice looking bridge MalcyBogaten, and fun blog too. Also, as that's yet another bridge, might I be the first to suggest that you have built a bridge too far? Tried to think of more bad bridge tie-in gags, but my mind could not span that gap. Thanks for sharing

Don’t stop or you will end up burning your bridges. (A bridge too far was better though...)

My friends all tried to warn me about that one, but I only passed them by.

Title: Re: I started another Bridge! Painted and on/off ramps added from Lego.
Post by: MalcyBogaten on December 24, 2020, 01:06:42 PM
I could finally take some piccies of the bridge again. So dark in the room recently I thought I lived in Mordor.

I made some on/off ramps from lego base plates turned upside down. Had to cut them down in width to fit the ends and lego flat sections were added to give them the right height to line up with the bridge ends.

I was going to tell you the tale of the 'Broken Bridge' ,
but you'd never get over it.

Nice Bridge work (as my dentist might say).
