Greetings,
I had a thread about my Diadochi Army as I painted it, but the pictures did not seem to work too well in that thread. Now that all 19 60mm x 60mm bases of 6mm models are done I feel like I can re-share the entire force. I used Baccuss 6mm Successor range for this army.
First off, here is a comparison of scale using Victrix Macedonian Pikeman vs the 6mm Baccus versions....

Talk about scale creep!
Here is the whole army together and on a table....

war Elephants lead the way for the Phalanx....

You can see more photos of individual units on my Blog. I don't want to clutter up the first post here too much.

I don't game in these smaller scales (not yet anyway) but I have to say your army looks fantastic. I tend toward the 'big battalion' end of wargaming and I have often mused if I were to go small, I'd up the troop scale. Your army looks like an army - great troop density.

As 28mm gamer previously, I really enjoyed the 6mm armies.
1. They look like armies
2. Painting was easier and quicker (Dark Brown undercoat is your friend)
I recommend 6mm a lot.

I'm alway impressed by people who have the patience to paint in this scale.
That second photo, especially brings home the size of the army.

Aye, that's a good start Eric. It's only a matter of time before it doubles or tripples in size. ;)

They always do! LOL!
