Interesting. Been into this guy's story and his conflict for quite some years. Good to see something new on this front. Don't recall actually seeing a contemporary image of him, so have little clue to what he looked like. Not sure I imagined him quite like this, but it is nice to see a figure released.

By the way, him and his dervishes kicked up a stink from about 1900 to 1920, so not exactly sure Interwar is the best fit for this (just being territorial, Interwar is always stealing cool stuff from Colonial Adventures).  :)

It’s so ugly that , in my opinion, it could be put in command of every possible bad boys army..anyway just joking but I think that the real Mad  mullah (wy MAD???? 😄)could nt have be so cartoonish and from what I read he had been elusive during all his life so how can we depict him? Anyway very interesting mini I’ll certainly buy it and probably use as a proxy high ranking leader for many including Moroccans , Afghans even Sudanese Dervishes

Interesting take on the "Mad Mullah".  He will fit in my collection nicely.
The campaign is covered in my book https://www.caliverbooks.com/bookview.php?bvm0svu4mtuk0u6njr94igf2r7&id=27177 (https://www.caliverbooks.com/bookview.php?bvm0svu4mtuk0u6njr94igf2r7&id=27177)

I realized that the very image that inspired this mini maybe is nt a one representing the Mad Mullah of Somalia but instead an Afghan or even Central Asia sultanates religious fanatic leader As mentioned in our friend Mad Guru beautiful blog

In any case a useful command mini that’ll certainly buy
