Title: Taiping Era – A Review

Should you be interested in the Opium Wars and the great Taiping Rebellion against the Manchu I have reviewed Taiping Era by Graham Evans on my blog.

Taiping Era is a period specific set of rules and a compendium of information necessary to fight tabletop battles in mid 19th Century China.  Formation, Commander ability, armament, uniforms and flags are all included.

There are also some period prints that I had not seen before.

This is a useful asset for those of us who game the period and an excellent place to start for those intending to.

No problem at all, we share an interest in the period.  Hopefully Taiping Era will bring it to more peoples attention.
