Title: Anno Domini 1666 plastic sets review (more minis 20200930)
Post by: Anatoli on 22 September 2020, 05:19:33 PM
Very long and picture packed review of the "Anno Domini 1666" plastics. If you want more pictures of the Bohuns Rebels boxed set you can ignore the wall of text and simply enjoy all the pictures over there.   I considered posting everything on facebook, but it would have been a huge post that would be a mess to read and look at.

Here is a small sample of painted up miniatures from the review:

Also, consider joining my facebook group for more frequent posts as blogspot has become a hassle to use with the new interface and edit options... https://www.facebook.com/groups/1908731826109239/

They look really good from what I can see here. Congrats  8)

It's actually the first time I had heard of the range.

Figures look very nice, but at those prices I will (for the present) pass.

Thanks for the review! Those are some fun looking figures, but yeah, those look quite "boutique" and expensive for what they do. Interesting thing about the size there. Anyway, interesting figures, interesting review, thanks for putting the work in. I understand your woes about blogspot's new interface (my theory is that interfaces since 2005 have pretty much across the bank have become worse with each update). It's annoying.

Thanks for the kind words guys. Here are a couple more cossacks painted up. More pictures of this trio over at my blog which I will keep around, but there are more frequent updates and WIP pictures on my facebook group. I really hate how blogspot has become increasingly user unfriendly over the years since I first started the blog. I am in no real mood to move the entire content of the blog somewhere else as there are thousands of posts and tens of thousands of pictures postedover the last ten years... I would update it more often if it was as easy as it used to.

I will be working on a few more plastic and metal miniatures from this range which will also be posted in this thread.

Anno  Domini 1666 Polish characters (in plastic) "Baska" and "Ketling"  painted up. Next up will be a trio of Polish dragoons in plastic.

Did not post on the blog this time as blogspot acted out which made me furious after working for 30 minutes trying to align the pictures  >:(

There are more pictures over at my facebook group for those interested....
