Title: Ottoman Army Additions

over the last few days I've been working on a 2nd unit of TAG sipahis of the Porte.  I also photographed a few other unphotgraphed items( new janissary bases and cannon).  PIc posted here, if you want to read my thoughts on my paintjobs and a few other things check out my blog:

I just went over the diamond/checkered patterns on the new unit with black lines and they literally look 3 times better.  its like the difference between 480i resolution and 1080p.

your Ottomans are stunning.  I have tried and tried over the years to develop an Ottoman Turk Army, but have always fallen flat.  Your painting is an inspiration

Those are the most spectacular spahis units I have ever seen.  I love the zingy colours and the patterns. Great work.

Fab painting! I do love a big gun but that carriage will be destroyed by the recoil the first time it fires...

Outstanding brushwork!

That cannon puts me in mind of the Hector Heathcote cartoons I used to watch as a child!
