Sorry but at a glance ..not interesting at all .such big spaces for all this computer images and written panels that told bla bla for the masses in flip flops including, from what I see, a diorama that seem to have been made and conceived for children of 10...I prefer old dusty cabinets full of helmets and weapons and rare photos that you can see on old forgotten small museums

The museum used to be fantastic until about 12 years ago, but then Georges Bernage fell out with the owners and took his collection away, which was about 75% of the museum's vehicles. They then went to as museum in Falaise, but then that went bust and I think they're now in the new museum next to the roundabout at Omaha Beach cemetery (which I haven't yet visited).

Thanks for posting those photos on your blog. The museum looks impressive, especially the uniforms & array of weaponry. It would be great to have a resource like that close to home, for painting research etc. I'd love to get there one day....one day.

It is a great museum, I have not visited since the upgrades though.
Cheers
