Title: [Rules advice] Atom-Punk skirmishes/ Little battles
Post by: Byblos on 09 December 2020, 06:44:00 PM
Hi

I have an SF project that would be played with units of 5 to 10 miniatures, individually based.

It would be in an "Atom-Punk" style (Perry Rhodan), I have already spotted certain brands of miniatures, notably Hydra miniatures.

Do you have any rules to advise me !?

(This is an area that I absolutely do not know!)

Thank you in advance !

Byblos (Manu)

Fistful of Lead: Galactic Heroes sounds like it will fit the bill  :)

Miniature Wargames magazine had an article by Neil Goodacre that might be of interest, 'Alien Worlds'. It posed a skirmish game with 54mm plastics, to suit all ages.

If you can't get your hands on issue 438 of the magazine, rules available for a pittance from echidna games.com.

You could always give planet 28 a read through and see if it suits your needs :)

Plus one to that. Great family of rules. Simple to learn & fun to play.
