Bought these on a whim as the minis looked good on Footsore's web site :)
Lovely mins, kept the shields plain as couldn't trust myself to paint a passable design on them :)

Good work mate.
:)
Quick question if you don’t mind - are the shields cast on, or separate?

Thanks Matt :)
The shields are separate, you get four teardrop and four heater shields with each pack :)

Nice.
I particularly like the leader. Very David Thewlis in Kingdom of Heaven.

Lovely stuff Romark. :-*

These are great, and have rekindled my ideas of a Lion Rampant crusader force. Thanks for that! lol
I can't find the leader on the Footsore website though, was he a limited edition?
EDIT: Never mind, found him in the Mini of the Month section. ::)

Lovely minis , well done Keith . I’d be tempted to use them as Hospitaller Foot Sergeants. Happy New Year , btw , mate . 😁✔️

Happy new year to you too Colin :)
Pleased that you liked them :)
Yep, I'm sure they'd work for that, I thought they'd be ok to use in the new Ravenfeast rules too :)
Take care and stay safe mate :)

Very nicely painted (I find black always challenging). I would love someone to tell me these figures (apart from the obvious Hospitaller at the front) are historically accurate but, though I've read that Templars were required to wear a tonsure, I'm not sure how much they are. Or are they?

Nice brushwork. My favourite is the monk carrying the cross.

Thanks for taking time to comment chaps :)
