Title: Dark Age Irish
Post by: James Morris on 08 January 2021, 08:37:28 PM
While photographing in the loft last week, I got some snaps of a unit of Irish that have been in their box for far too long!  Painted around 13-14 years ago and took part in many WAB battles in their time.

They’re mostly Gripping Beast with a goodly number of Crusader Minis from Northstar, plus some extras from the Black Tree Pictish range.  The king is a conversion being carried by a couple of beefy Alternative Armies Celts.

Awesome miniatures. I always wanted to try out Age of Arthur WAB, but few people in Denmark play WAB at all.

Definitely too long time in the box  ;)

Cheers

Erik

Lovely looking stuff James  :-* :-* :-*

You always manage to build in co much character and interaction in all of your armies. As you know I've had the pleasure of seeing most of them over the years and they are always an inspiration.  8)
