A very useful comparisons, which does show the whole 10mm vs 12mm thing, isn’t a thing at all
The Shermans look identical. The infantry look more different due to chunkiness than height.
I’ve picked up one of the Victrix PzIVs and it is very similar in size to a Pithead PzIV, I only have older Pendraken PzIVs which are smaller than both.
It would have been good if Victrix could have followed the PSC route and included more variant parts. With the PzIV the side skirts are part of the track piece, so there is no option to build without these, which would have allowed a very different marks to be represented.
