I found some old pictures recently of the splendid Age of Arthur event back in the day at Warhammer World.

I remember it well Tom (or I think I do!). What a great weekend it was.
I think James' campaign was so well run, the narrative just flowed, packed with amusement and in my case total humiliation as I was wiped out in every game lol. Though that certainly did not detract from the fun 8)
Talking of remembering it well, I seem to remember playing you though on second thoughts that might have been at cold Steel/Hot Lead ???

That’s a great set of pictures 8)

Very nice, was a big fan of WAB back in the day. I still have a copy of Shieldwall and that and the El Cid and Hannibal supplements where some of my favourite introductions to those periods.

Not sure if we played each other in this one.
We definitely played at Cold Steel/Hot Lead two or three rimes and at the Newark El Cid and possibly Maelstrom events too...

Thank you - they're a bit washed out in places as I think it was a very new digital camera and one of my first times taking pictures of soldiers.

I remember the El Cid and age of Arthur at Cold Steel/Hot Lead but my memory is (perhaps unsurprisingly) a bit fuzzy re: the Lenton events lol I blame the Scottish lot lol
