Title: Can you ID these 1980's 20mm miniatures?

Can you help me ID these figures?

I got these from a friend in 1986 or '87. Most probably they are from around '83-'85. They have been sitting around in a box until now!

They are 20mm (ground to eyes), metal, the base is a flat hourglass shape, no markings. (not slotta)
They seem to be slightly futuristic or post-apoc or alternate-reality. The 2 uniformed look a bit WWII German but with a baseball bat & shoulder pad. One has a pump action shotgun, the other an RPG.
The other guy looks like a road warrior biker perhaps.

There was a range, in 20mm, for Road Wars. I think they are from that range, but I
can't remember the manufacturer. Might be Citadel.

Amazing, I've found them! wow, that was quick!

You are right it was Citadel, but from the game "Dark Future" - it was actually 1988, I was a few years out with my memory.
