Title: Pre-Painted Sci-Fi Gun Turrets Available?

Feeling lazy here.

Does anybody know if there are any pre-painted gun turrets out there? I'm thinking of turrets like those seen in Star Wars on the Death Star. I'd thought I'd seen some made for X-Wing, but I'm not finding them now, so they might have been custom made. Does anyone have any suggestions?

Battlefield in a box made some, no clue if they're still avaliable. Microart might also make some.

Those are excellent leads, MM, thank you. I think those are scaled for 28mm figures, however. I'm looking for much smaller models, to go with spaceships/fighter models. I should have been clearer.

I think the BIAB turrets (space station lasers is the name of the actual kit) are scaled to X-wing, so 1:300ish.
