Hello!
Does anyone know of any tavern brawl/bar brawl rules for miniature games?
I have only found some orc bar brawl rules in White Dwarf 223, but there must be other rulesets out there!
Kind regards Lau

Years ago I saw a review in one of the wargames mags. It was for a game called Saki & Samurai.
Sounded great fun, so I thought I would get a copy. Went to the local games club, nice people
who tried (in vain) over three years to get it for me. Including seeking out the publisher's trade
stand at a convention, 'Very popular that game. No I didn't bring any copies.'
There is also another version of the game called Axes & Ales, which is also a pub brawl, but for Vikings.
Good luck & if anyone knows how to get a copy, of either, let me know

Is this the one?

Imbrian Arts did a game Beer and D6s along with some nice drunk minis... Their sites seem to have finally disappeared into the ether though, but someone might still have a copy floating around.

Yes, but the cost plus postage to this side of the pond is too much for me.
The game sounds good fun & worthy of painting up figures for.
First part= Characters are in a pub. The honour of keeping up with every body's drinking
and buying your round will lead to drunkenness & sell off equipment to pay for drinks.
When first part ends the least drunk player is dishonoured & commits Hara Kiri. Still in the
game, but as a ghost.
Last part of the game= Tavern brawl, only characters are at various levels of inebriation and
probably missing a sword, helmet etc (Sold for drinks).

I bought my copy of "Sake and Samurai" some years ago at the Boardgamegeek Marketplace, maybe worth checking ;)

If you're talking/understanding german, then that old roleplay magazin could be something for you:
https://www.ebay.de/itm/Zauberzeit-28/174521468892?hash=item28a24a47dc:g:iy0AAOSw7yxfsqju
It includes a game called "Bugfols Bar Room Brawl" aka "Bugfols Bildersturm".
But, as said before, it's in german.

Swashbuckler was great if you can track down a copy:

How about these swashbuckling rules from Eureka?

Osprey's Fistful of Kung Fu would be perfect for a bar-room brawl in pretty much any setting or genre. It's got lots of interaction with scenery, including spillages and pools of blood.

Thanks a lot for all the suggestions!
I'll sum up my thoughts here! All comments still very welcome :-D
- Saki & Samurai: Looks more like a card game? having read the review at BGG, it does not seem like it needs miniatures?
- Beer and D6s: sounds really good! A shame it is totally gone. I couldn't find the rules either.
- Bugfols Bar Room Brawl: my german is not good enough, but my regular opponent is from Southern Denmark, he might be reading german - will check it put!
- Swashbuckler: sounds good! Got my hands on a scan, really interesting, this I totallt might play! interesting to see if a 40 year old game still i viable :-D
- Eureka - sounds good! really interesting mechanics! will try it out!
- Fistful of Kung Fu. Interesting and easy to get a hold of! I will propaply get it next time i order from osprey
Thanks a lot for all your help!
