Title: Does anybody remember a demo wargame of a WW2 mountain assault?
Post by: Mick_in_Switzerland on April 09, 2021, 05:32:31 PM
As I am thinking about my entry for the Build Something Contest, I remembered that two or three years ago there was a demo game at one of the UK shows.

I think it featured a WW2 battle in the Far East with Commonwealth troops fighting their way up a steep slope.
I think that Japanese were the defenders.

The whole table was at a steep angle.

Do you remember this and do you know where I can find pictures of it.

Thank-you

Mick

You beat me to it but it was in Wargames Illustrated a while back. Inspiring to say the least!
