Do a search for the title A new 28mm range emerges the Dutch and Aceh war.

Savage and Soldier had at least one article on history and uniforms.

Bob Burke sells Savage and Soldier. I bought a bunch off him but I sold them off. His email is burker1@aol.com if you wish to contact him. People sell them on ebay also.
