Title: Dropzone Commander Monorail Scenery Project
Post by: Leftblank on 25 April 2021, 11:12:21 PM
I bought an unpainted Dropzone Monorail. A nice upgrade for my cyber art deco Blade Runner city. Picture:

Amazing looking city. The lights really do it.

Looks nice.  Didn't register that the kit was OOP.  Will have to check the FLGS and see if they still have one lingering on the shelves, they were still sitting on a few Hawk era leftovers last time I looked - which was in early 2020, so probably long gone...

Regrettably (if unsurprisingly) the FLGS sold out during the pandemic.  And none of their distributors carry TTC so I won't be getting anything else through them either.

Honestly, it's hardly worth the effort of trying to shop locally at this point.  The old distribution system has imploded and I'm very tired of paying more to get less selection, and we're still months away from in-store gaming - which is really the only thing a physical store offers the web doesn't at this point.
