very, very nicely done. After having just started to learn to scuplt now, I can really appreciate the talent here. Are you planing on getting them cast or they just for your own enjoyment?

cheers... actually I sculpted these after being blown away with some Ceaser figures.... great figures. Then I converted a Ceaser Insurgent as a zombie and though "why not make some more".... here's a picture of the said zombie conversion..

Have you seen the Elhiem 20mm zombies?

http://elhiemfigures.com/29.html

Maybe Matt at Elhiem could cast them for you? Shoot him a mail, he's a great guy and very passionate about anything 20mm!

Very nice, now if you can do a parallel range in 28mm in those poses that would be great too!

They're brilliant, blackstone.  Especially because they're 20mm.

Sgts Mess are always after good 20mm sculptors..... show them some pictures... and see if they want to cast.

The realistic proportions might cause flow problems with hot metals through thin holes.. but its worth asking experience 20mm mould makers and casters like sgt Mess

http://www.sgtsmess.co.uk/

they do civvies for ww2 too.

Lovely minis...and i'm sure that they will sell well for those gamers out there with loads of Platoon 20 etc looking to go a bit zombie, but as others have already mentioned, 28mm is much more popular amonmgst zombie gamers.

Doesn't mean its a bad decision - afterall, you will corner the 20mm zombie market - its just that you'd sell loads of these in 28mm, as they are lovely sculpts, and in good generic shambling poses, meaning they have multi-buy appeal to a zed head like me.

Best Wishes

AKULA

These figure have been picked up by a UK company so should be in production soon. Can't say who the company is at this point though. I may well do some 28's at some point maybe some 15's too  ;D

cheers

Grat news and they look ideal to fit with Elheim minis.

Cutting me own throat (being a 28mm gamer) but with Ambush Z and Apocalypse z there is quite a relatively untapped market for 20mm and lots of military figures and armour around to take them on

The deal had already been done :) but it was a natural choice with Matt being dedicated to 20mm and his existing range of Zeds. Matt's done an excellent job of casting these btw ..

I'm looking forward to getting some myself soon  ;)

This is great news. A definite notch above previous 20mm zombie offerings! I heard that Matt had some new zombies in his range, but didn't connect the dots until revisiting this thread.
Congratulations on some fine work! I hope you create more of these!

Zounds!  I'd love a couple sets of those, but it looks like Syr Hobbs doesn't sell them yet.
