Just messing around, trying to figure out photobucket

Bulk of figure is made with polymer clay. An extruder with a variety of tips made the basic shape and then fingering and sculpting tools were used to finish. Some epoxy putty was used to blend "greebled" parts and fill other surface detail. Figure was primed flat black and given a "frosting" of flat white to bring out detail (hence the grey appearance).
Still wondering what colors to paint the figure, but hope to have it done before Halloween.

That's a really cool, repulsive, formless kind of horror... nightmarish. Very nice and should paint up well. What was the extruder you used when making the model btw?
-
Now that's gribbly! :o
-
Nice! Can't wait to see it painted!
:P

The extruder is from Sculpey and they call it a Clay Gun. It looks like a fat chrome syringe with a variety of tips.

That's topper... :o
