I was given this little beauty as a present from Loki:

The minis are from the Copplestone Future Warriors range, the car in the second picture will be available from Pardulon in the near future.
All in all, it is a very nice kit which is built fairly quickly. I think the missile rack is slightly oversized for the skirmish-type games I play, so I replaced it with an antenna insert. This can be exchanged for the original missile rack, of course, should the need arise to field some larger calibers. Otherwise, it is built straight out of the box, with only the rungs substituted for wire.
A word of warning, though: do not spray-prime the rubber tires! The primer did not dry at all on the rubber, and I spent the better part of an evening with a roll of tissue and a bottle of acetone to clean them.

aren't Kitech the dodgy chinese kits? I've eyed up a chieftain kit before on eBay, but been warned that they're a bad fit...
-
Chinese, yes, dodgy, I wouldn't know about. There were two spots on the missile rack where I had to fall back to a bit of sheet styrene, and the rungs were a bit fiddly, but otherwise, it was quite straightforward.

nice, but you should check out hlbsc they have some fantastic new resin Russian stuff

How's the driver going to see with the blast shields down? Use the force, or course.

Cameras, of course. Probably it's got those fancy giant monitors all around the inside, like the one of Whatshisname at the start of Babylon A.D.

Did the stowage come with it?
I like it. I got one similar off of Evilbay, but it doesn't have the detail yours has.
Now, if we could find a Cadillac Gage Commando in 1:43 scale....

I think he used the Tamiya 1:48 vehicle accessories pack. Looks good!

Verlinden once did a kit in 1/48th scale, and I *think* that Gasoline also have one in their current lineup.

Chris, well spotted :)

Zafarelli, the light vehicle is the british Panther/Italian Iveco LMV light wheeled vehicles? In case it would be nice for my bersaglieri patrol for various settings...
-
Arrigo, not really. Westfalia Chris once said it "looks like the illicit offspring of a Humvee and a Dingo." which sort of fits. I used various modern and scifi vehicles as reference, and this is what came out of it.

Oh... I thought those were just lights.
