A few days ago a played this minicampaign with a friend. Let me share with you some pictures of the event...
1. The warbans.
My summoner warband led by Jaffar and Jasmine enter the pyramid of decay not knowing what's inside...

Menawhile on the other side of the pyramid a Chronomancer warband also gets into the building...

Unknown to all of them, the pyramid hosts a vampire coven led by Lourrent, his wifes (yes three) and the butler. He has an undead construct as a bodyguard and several ghouls as troopers...

Cool, nice minis.
Looking forward to more.

Nice set of war bands.

I just noticed that well has nine minus one sides. Just asking for trouble, that. :)

When the warbands enter the pyramid they find some scattered ruins and remants of a past glorious building now filled with... ghouls! the servants of a vampiric chronomancer.

Looks like fun! I am curious to see how it all turns out in the end.

Great stuff. I really liked the idea of this one when it was published but never got around to it.
-
Well, after a loooong time I continue with the campaign.
3. The Chamber of Thralls.
After scapimg the ghouls in the first level, the warbands to a second stage throug the casket...
They find a place full of rubber with 4 doors. One on each corner. One of them is the good one, the doors that will bring them to the upper level but all four are guarded by a vampire...

The warbands start searching for the doors but they must defeat the vampires. There is only a problem, to do so they only va use spells or magic weapons. The good thing is that both warbands have agreed to cooperate.

The use of some offensive and defensive spells: wall, fog... And the summoning of a greater demon allowed them to defeat the vampires and find the way out directlly to the Pyramidion

Great to see this continue! Looks like it was a fun game. Good looking greater demon.

The "demon" reminds me how weird it is that Frostgrave lacks rules for elementals despite having an actual Elementalist college. I know in lore terms all extraplanar critters are "demons" but decades of roleplaying games have solidly established elementals as something different - and maybe not even extraplanar in nature. The Ghost Archipelago wardens sure seem like they're manipulating the natural world and there's one of them for each traditional element. Frostgrave could use some "nature spirit" elementals for a druidic college.

One thing that I like about Frostgrave, which I did not think I would like originally, is the freedom to put a lot of different things into the same categories…and even put similar things into different categories.
So fire demon today, elemental fire construct tomorrow. At least that is how Mrs. GG and I see how elementalist focused wizards could make constructs.
