Feels like someone should mention this new scifi skirmish rule set over here - uses teh familiar Goalsystem engine from - lots of games.  Chaos in Cairo, Supersystem, Super Mission Force, Void pirates, Goalsystem Delves, etc, etc.  Should be a print on demand version eventually.  If you missed the pre-release discussion of it there's a thread on LAF here:

Where did you see it at?  I. May pick the pdf up this weekend.
