Hello everyone,
I started playing a campaign using two different rulesets : ATZ (from TwoHourWargames (https://www.twohourwargames.com/)) for the barter/recruitment part (mainly human interactions at settlements or when meeting other neutral/friendly people) and ZA (from Osprey (https://ospreypublishing.com/zona-alfa)) for the combat (during missions and raids against mutants/bandits). Some of you may recognize the LA minis used as all these were acquired here ;)

I too really like th everyone 8dea of Zona Alfa, but feel it needs more RPG lite. I also want a little granularity so am stealing ideas liberally from the Originalctraveler RPG.

@CookAndrewB, @Dentatus, @blacksoilbill, @Kourtchatovium104, @Skipper I can only agree with you, Zona Alfa is great but lacking a bit for the RPG part we love in STALKER games (kinda recreating the A-life system)., @has.been, @AKULA, @Kikuchiyo, @Sinewgrab I have a lot more of Hesco barrier thanks to my love for modern warfare :-*

Great looking terrain and games. My son and I have played several games of Zona Alfa and are about to try out Kontraband. In the Zona Alfa games we have added a bit of role play by giving a few character traits and temptations/motives mainly through scenario briefings. It looks like Kontraband will lend itself more to this.

I got them from 6milPhil/Slugs Industries IIRC. I also have an Hesco guard post but still in its packaging.

Thanks. I like the fact they can be harmless "normal" crows or some sort of zombie/flesh eating/mutant crows (as their "intended" role in Zombicide, the game they come from). With the set of companions dogs and the pack of zombie dogs, I think they have the most possible use for modern/post apo wargaming.

Thanks for the compliment. The next AAR is still on the same "map" but totally different gameplay/objectives (and a lot less POI cards used), will post as soon as I finish writing it. And I'm already planning the next two encounters, it's hard to be the writer and the spectator and manage to "surprise" oneself. Hopefully next time I'll get to play with someone or even better, just be the GM and let 2 friends game it out.
