This weekend, one of three games played, was a Black Powder game loosely recreating the attacks on Colonel Munroe's British column as it vacated Fort William Henry in 1757.

The game produced plenty of drama and laughs, well perhaps not for the redcoats, but certainly for the players.

Great looking game and sounds like it was a lot of fun to play. That is a great part of the film. I think BP can work really well for this sort of skirmish game. We’ve used the Pike and Shotte derivative in a similar way for storming a star fort.
