Title: Candidate for conversion to 15mm female cave troll?

Apologies for plaguing the hivemind with questions related to my 15mm Gloranthan project (https://leadadventureforum.com/index.php?topic=127243.0), but I've had some really helpful answers so far.

I'm looking for a figure that can be converted for use as Slud, the female cave troll in the Apple Lane module. I have a male cave troll underway (on the left below), so want something similar - no armour, little or no clothing, armed with a club. I'll add the snout myself, but a suitably deformed, hunched female figure would be a great starting point.

Because cave trolls are quite big, a 28mm figure could work well. So far, the best candidate I've found is this Reaper cavewoman, but she's a little overdressed and I'd have to cut down the staff to a club and do something about the bag.

Can anyone think of a better option? An ogress, orc or troll - or a cavewoman that's more Grendel's Dam than Raquel Welch?

I don't think poor old Slud ever got a picture, but this is the cave troll (on the right) from the current Gloranthan bestiary. So it's a female version of that. I'd plan to add the muzzle myself with green stuff, etc:
