Title: Scout Aeronef
Post by: Ironcladman on 23 September 2009, 07:36:16 AM
Hello Chaps, thought you might like to see the latest machine from the Ironclad Foundry.
May I present the new Scout Aeronef, ideal as a little runaround when one has to go and suppress those native uprisings, after all, those nasty spears and arrows are very sharp.

So why not pop down to your local arms dealer today and take her out for a test drive.
You won't be disappointed. ;)

Oh god... Just stop it, will you! I can't afford all the good stuff you keep turning out.

And that is really good.

When the natives hurl their spears and whatnot how does it fight back?

Surely it needs a stonking great gun?

Plenty of room at the front to mount your preferred weapon of choice... :)

I know Ironclad man has some nice additions coming out that will fit on there perfectly ;)

There is a couple of sailors and a Nordenfelt gun on the way. Hopefully I will have the moulds back next week.

Is the hull pre-drilled for flying stands ?

We found some really good clear acrylic rod in an art shop in Edinburgh, sold by the metre, that just needs something to sit on top of it.

I'm not really a fan of Aeronefs, but I may just be pushed to buy one of these...

I saw this at Colours. As with all of Johns wares, very cleanly mastered & moulded.  8)
Of course I have no need of it whatsoever, I'm not into VSF.....well apart from the Sanwar I bought... ::)

A fairly reliable source has indicated to me that it may be adviseable to keep a close eye on the Ironclad website over the next few days,

sssshhhhh, don't tell a soul, besides some friends, family and of course the domestic staff!

By strange coincidence I have been putting together an Aeronef for my Sanwar today.
I'll sort out a WIP thread when I get a chance.
