Title: Source of 2mm hard-plastic/plasticard bases in the UK?

A couple of years back, there were several sellers of black, hard-plastic square bases on eBay. They all seem to have vanished.

These bases were black squares/rectangles of precision-cut 2mm plasticard. They came with a thin paper cover on each side.

Does anyone know if there are companies still producing these? They were identical in size to the widely available MDF bases, but had a couple of advantages over those, especially for hard-plastic figures, which could be glued directly to the bases with polystyrene cement. The other thing was that there was no risk of warping.

Any pointers much appreciated!

Not exactly what you're after but they are acrylic and glue fine to plastic figure bases  :)

I can also do custom sizes and different thicknesses.

Aha - perfect! Yes, Magister Militum was where I got some (or all, if I've misremembered the eBay sellers) in the past! I'd forgotten that it was them.

Many thanks! The black MM ones fit my needs best (one of my betes noires is having to constantly repaint the edges of Renedra bases black), but I wasn't aware of your shop, which seems to be full of interesting stuff, so I'll have a good look around!
