Title: Painting moldy cloth???

Hello! Does anyone happen to have an idea on how to paint moldy, mildewed white cloth? I lm going to paint some ACW tents but want them to look more weathered and used.
Any ideas?

I'd probably paint them as normal, then stipple them with dark ink in the bits you want to look mouldy.
