STL files only, but quite a lot of them
https://www.kickstarter.com/projects/2nddynasty/traveller-rpg-starship-miniatures
Files for printing in 1:270 (X-Wing) and what looks like sorta fleet scale (fits on 1" hex base). There are also STLs for printing some 28mm scale ships (don't think my printer is up to that task :'()
Resin and FDM optimised files included
Campaign runs until 22 Nov, delivery Feb 2022

These are actually quite large models, even at 1:270

Bet Ad Astra's thrilled about having competition in that market after having been granted a license years ago. Their stuff always been kind of expensive for its size, and this sure won't help sales for them any. The 3D ones are even being offered in multiple scales/sizes, something physical minis just can't efficiently compete with.

Ah well, not my problem. Going by the large-scale Type S scout that Seth Skorkowsy showed off on youtube a while back these folks know what they're doing. Sure they'll do fine, already blown past a bunch of stretch goals. If they start doing the big capital ships you'd want for High Guard/Trillion Credit Squadron/Power Projection: Fleet they'll really be eating into Ad Astra's niche.

I have picked up their spaceship alpha files in 28mm and thus far they are excellent. They updated each section of the hull with interior detail that was not available in the original files. A worthwhile purchase and I will be looking at more later.
