Used to be a free download
Have followed Wayback Machine leads but they take me to related pages (minis, buildings, scenery, etc.) and a lot take me to dead ends. None of them actually lead to the rules. They are listed in one of the "Free Wargame Rule Download" sites, but that is now a bad link.
Anyone out there have a copy or a link? Happy to take any additional material you might have as well, but the actual rules are the main target of the search.

I am the author of Scavenge Skirmish Survive. The copyright and rights of reproduction are also mine, since I closed down the business that previously published it.
TBH I’ve always thought I’d be easy to find as Google leads to a 60 page thread on here and in its first post I talk about publishing the rules. But no matter, a PM to me is what is required as the rules are not available by download.
Basically, I intend to re-release the rules, probably in some paid-for format. Not a glossy hardback book that’d sit nicely on a bookshelf but just for something notional to improve the production values while making minor improvements to the actual rules. FWIW I no longer own the rights to the miniatures that are pictured in the rules.
So anyone looking for a pdf of the rules in their current form needs to PM me, which isn’t a slam-dunk that I’ll actually email a copy. All the pdf copies that are ‘out there’ are subject to a restriction on reproduction, and so I only send copies to folks that will respect this. :)

I have seen the miniatures previewed on facebook within the last couple of weeks by a figure company, I just can't remember which!

I can’t answer with any authority as I no longer own the range BUT as VLD comments, Athena Miniatures has them on their Facebook page. 8)

I’m working on remastering the minis as I write, well I have been today, lying in bed currently….
I’m hoping to remould over Christmas and rerelease in the new year.
Also hoping to include some extras.
To whet your appetite, here’s one that I sculpted as an add on to the range, he’ll have some friends as well.

what do they scale with?
Also wondering what smoks they have on look longer than most but don't seem to have the lower bellows pockets?

Hi Kikuchiyo,
They are meant to be wearing the goretex rain jacket and over trousers over their normal kit.
I don’t currently have any comparison shots as they’re still on the workbench.
I may be able to get a shot with a measuring stick this week.
